Refund Policy

Returnns and Exchanges
 

If you are considering returning  a product becuase they are faulty or damaged, please do send the product back to us unused, sealed and in its original condition (with both inner and outer packaging intact). Also send us the order order # via glowharvestuk@gmail.com. We aim to process exchanges within 7 business days . As per skin care products, we are unable to able to exchange products. Returns from sender / shipper and transit ta will take about 3-5 days, and we start processing the refund (3-5 days). Base on individual banks, it may also take 5-10 days for the refund to reach your account.

We do advise that you contact us immediately afer you receive your order and notice damage / defective, please send us an image and / or video as a proof of damanged good  to glowharvestuk@gmail.com.
