Return & Refund
- An order is placed when the buyer has agreed to the terms and conditions as described by Glow Harvest.
- We accept return of goods where products are faulty or damaged and were not advertised as damaged, unpackaged or with no lid. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.
- Glow Harvest offer refund to the purchaser within 14 days with receipt. We can either offer a refund or replacement.
- Cost incurred in returning goods to the compnay for refund is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please note we will not cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any other courier service unless products ordered were sent damaged/faulty. The purchaser must ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.
Shipping Info
Orders that are shipped via a standard tracked delivery and express tracked are delivered by Royal Mail. A tracking number will be available and sent across.
NOTE: Orders must be received before 1pm Monday - Thursday to ensure a next day delivery.
Orders received for a next day delivery during Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next available working day.
